The Times Secure India Summit (TSIS) 2026 returns for its highly anticipated second edition as India’s largest convergence of security, safety, and cyber leaders.
Organised by The Times of India in association with IIRIS Consulting, TSIS 2026 will bring together policymakers, national security strategists, military officials, law enforcement agencies, cybersecurity experts, technology innovators, and industry leaders to discuss the evolving threat landscape across physical, digital, and geopolitical domains. Through insightful keynote addresses, panel discussions, and strategic dialogues, the summit will explore emerging risks, technological advancements, and actionable strategies to strengthen India’s security ecosystem.
This year’s edition introduces the inaugural Maroof Raza Annual Dialogue, adding a powerful platform for high-level conversations on national and global security priorities. Alongside the conference, the prestigious Secure India Awards 2026 and an exclusive Industry Expo will create a comprehensive experience that celebrates excellence, showcases innovation, and fosters meaningful collaboration.
The Secure India Awards 2026 will honour exceptional individuals, organisations, and frontline heroes whose leadership, innovation, and commitment have made significant contributions towards safeguarding people, assets, critical infrastructure, and digital environments.
Building on the strong foundation of its inaugural edition, TSIS 2026 is set to be more impactful than ever before bringing together the brightest minds in security, safety, and cyber resilience to drive thought leadership, inspire action, and help shape a safer and more secure India.

THE MAROOF RAZA MEMORIAL ANNUAL DIALOGUE
The centrepiece of TSIS 2026 is the inaugural Maroof Raza Memorial Annual Dialogue, a national platform for reflection and forward-thinking that brings together the highest echelons of India’s defence establishment, policymakers, strategic thinkers, and industry leaders to deliberate on the most consequential questions facing India’s security and geopolitical future.
The Annual Dialogue is the flagship initiative of the Maroof Raza Centre for Security Studies (MRCSS), established by IIRIS Consulting in memory of Late Maj Maroof Raza (Retd.) (1959–2026), one of India’s most authoritative voices on defence and strategic affairs. As an Indian Army officer, broadcaster, author, and Strategic Advisor to IIRIS, Maj Raza spent decades championing intellectual rigour, clear strategy, and an unwavering commitment to India’s security environment.
The Centre institutionalises his vision through research, policy dialogue, academic engagement, and youth-focused initiatives, including a flagship PhD scholarship dedicated to advancing strategic studies. The Annual Dialogue is conceived as a living tribute to this legacy. Each year, a distinguished figure from India’s strategic community will deliver the Annual Address, setting the intellectual agenda for the nation’s security conversations.
